By using Fonjible, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

Fonjible provides a mobile platform for point-of-sale (POS) transactions, banking, and inventory management. Our services include contactless payments, card management, transaction processing, fund transfers, and other related features.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of Fonjible, you may need to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Fees and Payments

Fonjible may charge fees for certain services, as described in the App. You agree to pay all applicable fees and authorize us to charge your linked payment method for these fees.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use Fonjible for any illegal, unauthorized, or prohibited purposes. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
• Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive activities.
• Interfering with or disrupting the operation of the App.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or information.

6. Intellectual Property

Fonjible and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Fonjible is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fonjible and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Fonjible and its affiliates harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Fonjible at any time, with or without cause, and without notice. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the federal republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms within the App and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy. Your continued use of Fonjible after any changes signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
